Our production runs from Shenzhen, Guangdong — one of China's main apparel and export manufacturing hubs. Working directly with the factory means your order is priced at source and your specifications are handled by the people making the garments.

Decoration Methods

Choose the method that fits your artwork, quantity and budget. If you are not sure which one suits your design, send us the file and we will advise.

Screen printing — best value for larger runs with solid colours
Heat transfer — detailed multi-colour artwork, photos and gradients
Digital printing — small batches without screen set-up
Embroidery — logos, names and numbers on polos, caps and outerwear

Fabric & Fit Options

Garments can be produced in the fabric weight, blend, colour and fit your market expects — from lightweight performance polyester to heavier cotton and fleece. Sizes can be graded to your local chart or to standard international sizing.

STEP 02

Mockup Approval

A digital mockup shows placement, colours and sizing before anything is cut.

STEP 03

Sample

A physical sample is produced so you can approve the fabric and decoration.

STEP 04

Bulk & Ship

Production with in-line checks, then packing and worldwide shipping.

Quality Control

Each batch is inspected before packing — print placement, stitch quality, measurements and colour consistency against the approved sample. Any issue is raised with you before the goods are shipped rather than after.
